Getting Here

The Dominican is located in the centre of Brussels, behind the theatre La Monnaie, the famous theatre and opera house, and just off the Grand Place.

By rail

National trains: Get off at Brussels Central  and follow the signs to the north exit to Boulevard de L'Impératrice/Keizerinlaan.

International trains: International trains such as Eurostar and Thalys arrive in Brussels Midi. From there, it’s a simple two-minute train journey to Brussels Central. Just take any train heading north (to Antwerpen, Brussels International Airport, Dendermonde, Essen, Eupen, Genk, Hoei, Jemelle, Landen, Leuven, Liège, Louvain-la-Neuve, Luxembourg (L), Maastricht (NL), Schaarbeek, Sint-Niklaas, Tongeren, Turnhout), get off at the first stop (Brussels Central)  and follow the signs to the north exit to Boulevard de L'Impératrice/Keizerinlaan.

From Brussels Central it's a 6 minute walk to The Dominican. After 150 m on the Boulevard de L'Impératrice/Keizerinlaan, turn left (Arenbergstraat). Follow this road for 250 m (Arenbergstraat > Rue de l'Ecuyer/Schildknaapstraat). Turn right to the Rue Léopold/Leopoldstraat. The Dominican is located on your right hand.

By air

After touching down at Brussels International Airport (Zaventem), make your way from the main  arrival hall to level -1, and take a direct train for the city centre.  After 17 minutes, get off at Brussels Central, and follow the signs to the north exit to Boulevard de L'Impératrice/Keizerinlaan.

By road

Follow signs to Brussels and then Centre-Centrum. Once in the city centre, follow signs for La Monnaie-Munt. The hotel is located just behind La Monnaie, on the Rue Léopold/Leopoldstraat. You can park your car in Parking Monnaie - Munt on the Rue du Fossé aux Loups/Wolvengracht or in Parking Ecuyer/Schildknaap on the Rue de l'Ecuyer/Schildknaapstraat.
